On November 30th, 2022 Remai Modern Museum in Saskatoon hosted its galaMODERN event to promote and celebrate the vibrant artistic community in Saskatoon. For this years festivities Dorothy Knowles was the celebrated artist of the evening, attendees had the honour of meeting Dorothy directly and also had the chance to see her impressive career of 70 years worth of painting.
Dorothy Knowles is now in her 90’s and the event at Remai Modern gave visitors the opportunity to see the impact that she has had on both a local and international art level, further cementing the appreciation and admiration of Dorothy’s work.
